Are you or a loved one feeling stuck - uncertain about navigating changes in your life, how you see yourself, or how to reconnect with those close to you? When we feel stuck, taking steps forward can feel like a monumental task. We can work together to break down your thoughts and uncertainties, determine the best way forward, and put practical strategies into action, to empower you to create the life you want for yourself. In me, you’ll have a collaborator who will follow your lead and ensure you feel you heard but will be willing to challenge you and continue to motivate you towards achieving your goals.
Therapy with me involves weaving together practical skill-building and evidence-based strategies to help you achieve your individualized goals. Neurodiversity (Autism & ADHD) affirming and LGBTQ+ friendly, I always take a person-centric approach.
When you have a better understanding of who you are and what you want, your goals will feel attainable. Everyone has the ability to move past the struggles they're experiencing, and together we can create solutions and develop skills to build long-term happiness. If you're ready to learn how we can work together, email or call me for a 15-minute consultation.

We have all had that feeling. That feeling that no matter what you do, nothing makes it better. That feeling of being stuck. You have the ability to move past this time, let’s work together to find solutions that make this possible.
Therapy with me is catered to you and the problems you bring to our sessions. I understand that you are the expert on your life and my role as your therapist is to aide you in finding the solutions that are not only practical, but address the issues that you believe are most important to you. Our first steps will be defining your goals for therapy and mapping out the steps you need to take to reach them, dealing with any bumps we might encounter along the way.
Parents who work with me get help in establishing appropriate limits and gain an understanding of their child’s behavior, in a way that makes them confident in their ability to evaluate, assess, and manage undesired behavior, even when therapy ends. When working with couples, I approach sessions by helping you and your partner define a common problem, enabling you to unite in the journey towards this goal and create an improved relationship with each other.
As a clinician, I will support you in resolving the problems that are most important to you. I create a collaborative and empowering space, while making you feel confident in your ability to manage not only the problems you have now, but any challenge that you might confront in the future.
