Anxiety, attention challenges, and emotional overwhelm can make everyday life feel exhausting — for kids, teens, young adults, and the families who support them. You may notice constant worry, difficulty focusing, big emotional reactions, or a sense that your child or teen is struggling to keep up socially, academically, or emotionally. I work with children, teens, and young adults who are navigating anxiety, autism and ADHD helping them feel more regulated, confident, and understood. For younger clients, I strongly value caregiver collaboration and provide guidance and tools to help support progress outside of sessions.
My approach is strengths based and neurodiversity affirming, informed by personal experience as a sibling to an autistic young adult. I aim to create a respectful and warm environment where you feel empowered and supported. Together we will learn to manage anxiety, build self confidence and improve problem solving skills.
I offer telehealth therapy exclusively, allowing clients to access support from the comfort of home. If you’re wondering whether we might be a good fit, I invite you to reach out for a consultation. I’m happy to answer your questions and talk about how I can support you or your child.
